If you are a current patient at Mindcare Centre and you have a mental health emergency, we encourage you to follow any advice you may have received from your treating clinican, which may include telephone contact with your clinician if sufficiently urgent, or an email if less urgent. In the absence of such advice, or if there is immediate danger, we suggest the following options:

• Call an ambulance
• Go to the Accident & Emergency Department of your local public hospital
• Phone the mental health crisis team (who can be contacted via your local public hospital)
• Phone someone you trust, no matter what time of day it is
